Booking directly with us allows you to avoid paying third party booking fees. That extra cash saved can be better spent on the attractions in the area or a fun night out!

We allow full refunds for trips cancelled within 48 hours of booking as long as the trip is at least 14 days away.
Cancellations made within 30+ days of arrival will receive a refund of monies paid, less the administrative fee ($100).
Cancellations less than 30 days from arrival will NOT receive a refund. All cancellations must be in writing and are irreversible.
Although it’s completely optional, we highly recommend our guests use travel insurance in case cancellations need to be made for any reason. This can be purchased during our booking process using a third-party offering or it can be purchased separately.

Shangrila Views is conveniently located to both Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge, TN. To give some reference it’s only 5.8 miles to the Gatlinburg Space Needle & 6 miles to Dollywood in Pigeon Forge.

You won't need to go anywhere to pick up or drop off keys.
Approximately 2 days prior to your check in, you will receive your personal keyless entry code in your check-in message. Just arrive at the cabin and use the code provided, which will only be active for the duration of your stay.

Yes, we have an exterior facing security camera on the front of the cabin to ensure your safety and the safety of our family when in the property. This is not a high crime area, but high-end vacation homes are at increased risk.
There are NO cameras anywhere inside the cabin or on any of the exterior living areas.

Nope! Unlike many of the cabins in the area, our cabin provides all of the amazing views you want without the scary mountain roads. Shangrila Views is located just off the main road that runs between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The roads leading up to the cabin are paved, well maintained, and not steep.
